Overview
These Terms govern your access to and use of ClubMon. By using the platform, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Service Description
ClubMon is a management system for sports organizations. ClubMon provides tools and infrastructure to help clubs manage members, schedules, payments, and communication. We are not a sports club, training provider, payment processor, or event organizer. Clubs using ClubMon are responsible for their own operations and obligations to their members.
User Requirements
Account creators must be 18 years of age or older. Organizations using ClubMon must ensure that all use of the platform by their employees, coaches, members, and parents is authorized and compliant with these Terms.
Account Management
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Sports clubs must ensure that member information is accurate, that necessary consents have been obtained, and that attendance, fees, and communications are managed in compliance with applicable regulations.
Financial Operations
ClubMon provides tools for tracking membership fees and payments. ClubMon does not guarantee the collection of payments and is not responsible for disputes between clubs and their members regarding fees. Third-party payment processors may handle financial transactions; full card data is not retained by ClubMon.
Reservations
Clubs define their own availability, pricing, and booking policies for facilities and sessions. ClubMon is not responsible for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or disputes arising from reservations made through the platform.
User Content
Members and clubs may upload photos, documents, and other materials to the platform. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the appropriate rights to share that content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use ClubMon for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful or offensive content, to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, or to interfere with the operation of the platform in any way.
Intellectual Property
The platform's software, design, branding, and functionality remain the exclusive property of ClubMon. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purposes. No rights are transferred to you by virtue of using the service.
Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClubMon disclaims responsibility for data loss, loss of profits, member disputes, and indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Account Termination
ClubMon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform.
Policy Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Modified terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of ClubMon after changes are published indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
