Built for clubs.
By people who run them.
ClubMon started with a simple observation: the people running sports clubs, the secretaries, coaches, and volunteers, were spending more time on spreadsheets than on sport. We decided to fix that.
We got tired of seeing clubs run on chaos.
ClubMon was founded in 2025 by a group of former club administrators and software developers from the Western Balkans region. Every one of us had personally experienced the same frustrations: payment spreadsheets that were always out of date, schedules buried in WhatsApp threads, members quietly lapsing because nobody had the time to follow up.
We tried adapting generic tools, CRMs, project management software, event platforms. None of them understood how clubs actually work. They were designed for businesses, not for a volunteer secretary managing 300 members on a Sunday afternoon.
So we built ClubMon. Not a feature dump, but a system designed around the real workflows of real clubs. Every decision we make starts with one question: does this make a club manager's week easier?
Principles we don't compromise on
Every feature we build is evaluated by one standard: does it save a club manager meaningful time? If not, we don't build it.
The temptation in software is to add more. We resist it. ClubMon does fewer things better than tools that try to do everything.
Clubs run real operations. They can't afford for their management software to be unreliable. We prioritise stability over flashy features.
We're from this region. We understand the specific needs of clubs here, from language support to local payment methods.
Your data belongs to you. Export it whenever you want, in full. We earn your continued business by being genuinely useful, not by making it hard to leave.
When you contact ClubMon support, you speak to a person who understands clubs. Not a chatbot, not a ticket queue.
