Pricing questions
What counts as an "active member"?
An active member is anyone currently on your member list with an active or pending membership. Archived or deleted members don't count towards your limit.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit is applied to your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. ClubMon has no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no hidden charges. You pay the monthly or annual plan price and nothing else.
What happens when my free trial ends?
At the end of your 30-day trial, you'll be asked to enter payment details to continue. If you don't, your account moves to the free Starter plan (30-member limit). Your data is always preserved.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit or volunteer-run clubs?
Yes. We offer discounts for registered non-profit clubs and volunteer-run associations. Contact us with details of your club and we'll work something out.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the Pro and Club plans include a full 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After that, pricing is based on your chosen plan. The Starter plan is free forever for clubs with up to 30 members.
