If you'd like to request deletion of your personal data from ClubMon, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Verify your identity to protect your data
- Permanently delete your personal data from our systems
- Confirm deletion via email once complete
Please note that some data may be retained where required by law or legitimate business purposes, such as financial records or legal obligations.
